Kristin Cavallari Style - Kristin's white lace dress and brown bra

On Thursday, the new Uncommon James, ‘Open Road’, collection was released.

In photos and behind-the-scenes videos for the collection, Kristin wears a white lace button-down dress, a brown bra, brown boots, and gold jewellery pieces from her own brand.

The ‘Open Road’ capsule collection is the second part of the Uncommon James Fall 2022 collection. Each of the brand’s spring and autumn collections typically consist of two to three smaller, capsule collections. The first capsule of Fall 2022 was ‘Untamed’ — you can find all the photos and finds of that capsule collection here on the blog.

What Kristin Wore

Now for a look at what Kristin wore.

Starting with her white dress, it’s another vintage piece, the Bebe Romantic Whisper Dress ($149, sold out). It was released in 2009, and is no longer available. Kristin actually visited one of the Bebe Spring/Summer fashion show back in 2008, so this is a fun coincidence!

Moving onto her bra, it’s a repeat of the bra she wore for the ‘Untamed’ capsule collection, the HAH Chi Bralette in Brown Sugar ($34). You can see the post with the first look here.

The same goes for her boots, a repeat of the Idyllwind ‘Gwenie’ Western Boot in Tan ($249.50), as seen in the pictures for the ‘Untamed’ collection here.

The jewellery pieces from the Uncommon James collection are, of course, the vocal point of the photos and videos. Kristin wears 14 pieces from her brand in total.

Let us begin with her earrings. Her gold double cuff is the Uncommon James ‘Double Trouble’ Ear Cuff in Gold ($48, sold out), her pink drop earrings are the Uncommon James ‘Lust’ Huggies in Gold ($58, sold out) and the long, rectangle drops are the Uncommon James ‘Icon’ Earrings in Gold ($58, sold out).

Followed by her necklaces, of which Kristin wears five. The first, a chain necklace with cubic zarconia triangles, is the Uncommon James ‘Old Money’ Necklace in Gold ($72). The second, a double chain necklace, is the Uncommon James ‘Breadwinner’ Chain Necklace in Gold ($62, sold out). The third, a gold necklace with a colourful initial ‘K’, is the Uncommon James ‘Know Me’ Necklace in Gold ($68). The initial necklace is still available in a select number of letters.

The fourth, a gold chain necklace with a V, is the Uncommon James Studded ‘Baby V’ Necklace in Gold ($58). The fifth and final necklace is the Uncommon James ‘Linked Up’ Necklace in Gold ($62). By the looks of it, Kristin is wearing it in the ‘long’ length.

Moving on to her bracelets. She wore the same three bracelets as in a photo from the ‘Untamed’ capsule collection (see the post here). The first is the Uncommon James ‘Three’s a Party’ Chain Bracelet in Gold ($58). The second bracelet is the Uncommon James ‘Remember Me’ Bracelet in Gold ($58). The third bracelet, worn as a cuff on her arm, the Uncommon James ‘Simple’ Bracelet in Gold ($58).

Finally, her rings. On her right hand, she wears two Uncommon James ‘Touch of Pink’ Rings in Gold ($58) and the Uncommon James ‘Initial Here’ Ring in Gold ($58) with the ‘K’ initial. On her left hand, she wears two Uncommon James ‘Pink Heart’ Rings in Gold ($58, sold out).

Kristin’s Look

Kristin wore her hair down, with natural make-up in tones of brown.

I actually really like this look! And although the amount of jewellery is truly dazzling, it sort of works due to the simplicity of the rest of her outfit: white, gauzy lace, lacy bra and cowboy boots. A great piece of styling.
